    Coast-to-coast we have seen the P3 model deliver award-winning consolidated rent-a-car (ConRAC) facilities and parking structures for some of the largest and busiest airports in the U.S. Many airport authorities have embraced the model to revitalize entire airport precincts, realize their master redevelopment strategies and elevate the travel experience for their customers. There is demand for improved parking infrastructure at many airports across the U.S., and several authorities have announced parking projects as part of their pipelines. This session will explore:

    • The benefits of delivering airport parking projects as a P3, for authorities and communities

Gray III 30th Street Station Redevelopment Project is being delivered through a P3 agreement that could serve as a framework for jurisdictions across the country as they look to modernize existing/operating facilities in land-restricted cities. Gain an owner’s perspective of why P3 was the right option. Learn the importance of an engaged and committed lead developer and hear more on market challenges and approaches to renovating a national landmark facility while limiting the impact on rail operations. We’ll share the unique challenges faced when taking over the O&M of an existing facility in full operation on day one of the term. Finally, we will touch on the great opportunities, plans, and actions focused on community support and inclusions that this transformative and long-term agreement provides.
